• Reception with a small coffee corner for 2 people.
• Cozy dining area with 2-4 person tables for enjoying breakfast. In the dining area, there is a sideboard containing all the necessary dining utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Guests can continue to use these for meals and evening wine tasting.
• Self-service minibar (coffee machine, soft drinks, snacks), and upon request, we also provide a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher accessible from the room.
• Men's and women's restrooms.

Upstairs

• A 4-person relaxation area on the gallery with a coffee table.
• 6 double rooms with 180x200 cm-sized, 30 cm thick, medium-firm premium mattresses. The double beds can be converted into 2 single beds upon request. Each room has its own shower-equipped bathroom.
• The rooms are equipped with a smart TV, split air conditioning, nightstand, writing desk, 2 comfortable leather chairs, and a refrigerator.
• Each room is bright, with 2 large attic windows and blackout options.
• On the corridor, there is a 2-person relaxation area with comfortable armchairs and a chest of drawers.

• Open terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs) for 12 people.
• Garden coffee and wine corners with garden chairs, tables, and elbow bars.
